摘　　要：医疗纠纷第三方调解作为一种新型的纠纷解决机制,在实践中发挥着特有的制度优势。由于我国的医疗纠纷第三方调解机制尚处于起步阶段,公众对此缺乏了解,促使公众深入了解医疗纠纷第三方调解机制的基本知识和政策成为关键因素。通过强化政府部门的宣传力度、加强医疗纠纷人民调解委员会宣传机制的建设、加大新闻媒体宣传以及普及医学知识,扩大医疗纠纷人民调解委员会的社会影响力,提升医疗纠纷第三方调解机制的社会知晓率,促成当事人自觉选择和利用第三方调解机制解决医疗纠纷,有助于缓解紧张的医患关系,促进医患和谐环境的构建。As a new type of dispute resolution mechanism,the third-party mediation of medical disputes plays a unique institutional advantage in practice.Because the third-party mediation mechanism of medical disputes in China is still in its infancy and the public lack understanding of it,it is a key factor to promote the public to have a thorough understanding of the basic knowledge and policies of the third-party mediation mechanism of medical disputes.By strengthening the publicity of government departments,strengthening the construction of the publicity mechanism of the medical supervision committee,increasing the publicity of news media and popularizing medical knowledge,the social influence of the medical supervision committee is expanded,and the social awareness rate of the third-party mediation mechanism of medical disputes is improved,which encourages the parties to consciously choose and use the third-party mediation mechanism to solve medical disputes.Meanwhile,it is helpful to ease the tense doctor-patient relationship and promote the construction of harmonious doctor-patient environment.
