摘　　要：以人民为中心的习近平依法治疫法治思想为我国抗疫斗争的胜利提供了有力法治保障,极大地推动了新时代中国法治进程,也为后疫情时代进一步落实依法治国方略提供了借镜。习近平依法治疫法治思想贯穿疫情防控工作各方面、全过程,强化了党中央、政府部门、人民群众在依法治疫过程中的领导力与指挥力、战斗力与执行力、凝聚力与向心力。依法治疫道阻且长,后疫情时代的依法治疫工作应始终坚持习近平依法治疫法治思想,具体从构建疫情防控法律体系、坚持严格规范公正文明执法、提供公正高效的司法保障、牢筑全民守法的法治社会根基与贡献纪检监察力量等方面有序展开。People centered Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law of epidemic control and prevention in accordance with the law has provided a strong legal guarantee for the victory of China’s anti epidemic struggle,greatly promoted the rule of law in the new era,and provided a mirror for the further implementation of the rule of law in the post epidemic era.Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law in accordance with the law runs through all aspects and processes of the epidemic prevention and control work,and strengthens the leadership and command,combat effectiveness and execution,cohesiveness and centripetal force of the Party Central Committee,the social department and the people in epidemic prevention according to law.It is a long way to cure the epidemic according to law and full of difficulties.In the coming epidemic Era,we should always adhere to Xi Jinping’s Thought of ruling the epidemic according to law to improve the work of treating epidemic diseases according to law.We should concretely start from building and improving the laws and regulations of epidemic prevention and control system,adhering to strict,standard,just and civilized law enforcement,providing fair and efficient judicial protection,building a law governed society in a law-abiding society and contributing to discipline inspection and supervision.
