摘　　要：为促进卫生健康事业价格改革和发展,国家卫生健康委员会、国家中医药管理局2019年发布了《医疗机构内部价格行为管理规定》。简要介绍该管理规定发布的背景,重点对比分析该管理规定与原来的规定结构与内容的变化,提出新形势下公立医疗机构现面临的挑战及应对,以期为各医疗机构在实施价格行为管理提供借鉴。In order to promote the reform and development of health care prices,the Regulations on the Management of Internal Price Behavior of Medical Institutions was formulated in 2019.This article briefly introduced the background of the document release,compared and analyzed the newly released management regulations and the changes in the structure and content with the original version.It issued the challenges and responses faced by the new downward-facing public medical institutions,and hoped to provide practical alternatives for various medical institutions in the implementation of price behavior management.
