摘 要:随着焊接车间自动化的不断发展,焊机种类更加丰富,对焊机的工作参数采集、工作状态监控越来越重要。不同品牌和型号的焊机导致车间内的通信协议繁多。为实现对焊机工作状态的数据采集与监控,以对象链接与嵌入的过程控制统一架构(OPC UA)为核心技术,利用其数据传输安全性强、可集成地址空间等优势,设计并实现了焊接车间的数据采集与监控系统。同时,创新性地将采集到的数据应用到制造执行系统(MES),实现了在MES监视焊机运行情况的功能。首先,采用C++语言搭建OPC UA服务器,实现采集设备的工作数据。其次,在JAVA平台开发了OPC UA客户端,实现访问服务器将采集的数据进行可视化读取、修改、监控和存储等功能。最后,该系统在焊接车间实时采集电压和电流数据进行测试与验证,证明其满足目标需求。因此,基于OPC UA的数据采集系统能满足焊接车间的数据采集和监控需求,对推动车间智能化管理有借鉴意义。With the continuous development of welding shop automation,the variety of welding machines has become more and more abundant,and it is increasingly important to collect the working parameters and monitor the working status of the welding machines.Different brands and models of welding machines lead to a variety of communication protocols in the workshop.To achieve the data acquisition and monitoring of the working status of the welding machine,object linking and embedding for process control unified architecture(OPC UA)as the core technology,using its strong data transmission security,can be integrated address space and other advantages,the design and implementation of the welding workshop data acquisition and monitoring system.At the same time,the collected data is innovatively applied to the manufacturing execution system(MES)to achieve the function of monitoring the operation of the welding machine in the MES.Firstly,the OPC UA server is built in C++language to collect the working data of the equipment.Secondly,OPC UA client is developed in Java platform to access the server to read,modify,monitor,and store the collected data visually.Finally,the system is tested and verified by collecting voltage and current data in real time in the welding shop and proved to meet the target requirements.Therefore,the OPC UA-based data acquisition system can meet the data acquisition and monitoring needs of the welding shop and has implications for promoting intelligent management of the shop.
