摘  要:依据合成氨生产工艺流程,介绍危险生产工艺过程的安全风险分析方法。在危险与可操作性分析(HAZOP)定性危害分析的基础上,进一步评估保护层的有效性。对现实风险和预防或减轻危险的保护层,通过量化计算其发生危险事件的概率,提出可以以安全仪表功能(SIF)的形式实现风险的降低的方法。对合成氨装置安全仪表系统中的典型SIF回路安全完整性参数(SIL)定级进行了研究,报告了低要求操作模式下SIF可靠性评估的简化公式,初步对SIF回路的安全完整性等级开展验证。其验证过程及结果与SIL验证软件计算结论基本符合。该研究对化工工艺过程的安全风险控制起到积极的作用,其安全分析过程、方法对其他类似项目具有借鉴和推广作用。According to the production process of synthetic ammonia,the safety risk analysis method of hazardous production process is introduced.Based on the qualitative hazard analysis of hazard and operability analysis(HAZOP)the effectiveness of protective level is further evaluated.For the actual risk and the protective level to prevent or reduce the risk,by quantitatively calculating the probability of dangerous events,a method to reduce the risk in the form of a safety instrument function(SIF)is proposed.The safety integrity level(SIL)grading of typical SIF circuit in safety instrument system of synthetic ammonia plant is researched.The simplified formula of SIF reliability evaluation under low requirement operation mode is reported,and the safety integrity grade of SIF circuit is preliminarily verified.The verification process and results are basically consistent with the calculation conclusion of SIL verification software.The study plays a positive role in the safety risk control of chemical process,and its safety analysis process and method can be used for reference and popularization of other similar projects.
