摘　　要：GJB5000A四级规定了组织过程能力和定量项目管理两个过程域,基于已有项目积累数据,通过建立质量和过程绩效目标、确定关键子过程、数据分析与建模三个步骤,围绕第三方测试软件缺陷率建立组织过程能力模型,并用统计学的假设检验方法验证模型的正确性,相关工作流程对项目量化管理具有一定的参考价值。GJB5000A four-level stipulates two process domains,including the organization of process capability and management of quantitative project management.Based on the accumulative data of the existing projects,the study establishes three steps,including establishing quality and process performance target,defining key subprocedures,and data analysis and modelling;formulates organization process capability model according to the third party testing software defect ratio,verifies the validity of the test model through hypothesis testing method in statistics.The related working process provides certain reference value for project quantitative management.
