摘  要:为了更好地利用农业废弃物资源,保护林业资源,以农作物秸秆为主要原料,研究了3种配方对黑木耳生长情况及产量的影响。结果表明,秸秆为主要原料培养的黑木耳长势良好,虽然生长情况和产量略低于木屑培养出的黑木耳,但其营养价值及生产成本均优于传统木屑工艺,具有极大的发展前景。随着配方的不断优化,相信以秸秆为原料的黑木耳生产工艺能够达到传统木屑工艺水平。In order to better utilize agricultural wastes resource,and protect forest resources,the study explores the influence of 3 kinds of recipes on the growth situation and yield of Auricularia auricular through taking crops straw as the principal raw material.The results show that the growth of Auricularia auricula cultivated with crop straw is in good situation.Although the growth situation and yield are slightly lower than Auricularia auricula cultivated with wood bits,the nutritive value and production cost are better than traditional wood bits technology,with great development prospects.With the continuous optimization of recipes,it is believed that Auricularia auricula production technology with crop straw as raw materials can reach the level of traditional wood bits technology.
