蟾酥注射液对化脓性感染患儿的用药剂量及药物利用情况分析

摘　　要：分析蟾酥注射液对化脓性感染患儿的用药剂量及药物利用情况。选取88例患儿,根据患儿的年龄将其分为3组。幼儿组为1~3岁,儿童组4~6岁,学龄期儿童组7~12岁。对患儿的体重进行分组,每10 kg为1个阶段。10~20 g 22例,21~30 g 15例,31~40 g 27例,>41 g 24例。采用DUI分析患儿的用药剂量和药物利用情况,观察患儿的用药剂量、不同年龄、不同体重患儿的药物利用指数(DUI)。在88例患儿中,合理使用蟾酥注射液的患儿63例,合理用药率为71.59%。学龄期儿童组的平均给药剂量显著高于幼儿组及儿童组,10~20 g药量和31~40 g药量比较,>41 g药量和10~20 g药量组、21~30 g药量组、31~40 g药量组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。蟾酥注射液在化脓性感染患儿中的合理用药有助于提高患儿的临床疗效。The study analyzes the pharmacy dosage of venenum bufonis injection on children with pyogenic infection and drug utilization situation.88 children with pyogenic infection are selected,and they are divided into 3 groups according to their age.1~3 years old children are the infant group,4~6 years old children are the child group,7~12 years old children are the children of school age group.The children are divided into groups according to their weight,22 children are the 10~20 g group,15 children are the 21~30 g group,27 children are the 1~40 g group,and 24 children are the>41 g group.Drug utilization index(DUI)is adopted to analyze the pharmacy dose and drug utilization.DUI of children with drug dosages,different ages and weights are observed.Among 88 children,63 receive rational venenum bufonis injection,and the rational drug utilization rate reaches 71.59%.Average drug dosage of pediatric children of school age group is significantly more than infant group and children group.There is statistically significant difference of drug dosage among 10~20 g and 31~40 g,>41 g and 10~20 g,21~30 g,31~40 g group(P<0.05).The rational utilization of venenum bufonis injection in children with pyogenic infection is beneficial to improving children’s clinical efficiency.
