盐酸氨溴索对慢性支气管炎患者的症状消失时间及肺功能改善情况研究

摘　　要：分析盐酸氨溴索治疗慢性支气管炎患者的症状消失时间及肺功能改善情况。选取102例慢性支气管炎患者为研究对象,将其分为研究组和参照组,每组各51例。研究组给予盐酸氨溴索治疗,参照组给予常规治疗,对比两组患者的症状消失时间及肺功能改善情况。结果表明:干预期结束后,研究组患者的症状消失时间显著短于参照组,研究组患者的肺功能改善情况显著优于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。采用盐酸氨溴索可有效缩短慢性支气管炎患者的症状消失时间,改善肺功能。The study analyzes ambroxol hydrochloride treatment on symptom disappear time and improvement situation of lung function of patients with chronic bronchitis.102 patients with chronic bronchitis are selected as the research objects,and they are divided into research group and control group,with 51 patients in each group.Research group receive ambroxol hydrochloride treatment,and control group receive routine treatment.Symptom disappear time and the improvement situation of lung function of two groups are compared.The results show that after intervention,the symptom disappear time of research group is significantly shorter than control group,and the improvement situation of lung function of research group is better than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Ambroxol hydrochloride on the symptom disappearance time and improvement situation of lung function of patients can improve lung function.
