体教融合背景下退役运动员安置路径选择与机制创新

摘　　要：随着退役运动员数量的增加,我国退役运动员安置政策的相关问题凸显,主要存在退役运动员安置政策宣传不到位、运动员非专业技能培训不到位和安置路径单一等问题。2020年8月国家体育总局印发的《关于深化体教融合促进青少年健康发展的意见》,为退役运动员安置转型提供了新思路。运用文献资料法、专家访谈法,探讨体教融合背景下退役运动员安置路径选择与机制创新。结论:在大力发展学校体育的背景下,退役运动员可选择成为专业教练、学校体育教师或进行自主创业。各类学校也可设置专门教练员岗位,为退役运动员提供专职或兼职机会;政府可通过购买服务的方式,为创业退役运动员提供市场,促进体育强国建设。With the increase in the number of retired athletes, the problems related to the resettlement policy of retired athletes in my country have become prominent, mainly including the inadequate publicity of the resettlement policy for retired athletes, the lack of non-professional skill training for athletes, and the single resettlement path. The Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education to Promote the Healthy Development of Adolescents issued by the State Sports General Administration in August 2020 provided new ideas for the placement and transformation of retired athletes. In order to better help retired athletes re-employment, using the method of literature materials and expert interviews, the analysis shows that in the context of vigorously developing school sports,retired athletes can choose to become professional coaches, school physical education teachers or start their own businesses. Various schools can also set up special coaching positions to provide full-time or part-time opportunities for retired athletes;the government can provide a market for entrepreneurial retired athletes and promote the construction of a sports power by purchasing services.
