摘 要:在制酸系统凉水冷却塔内部存在的饱和水汽会随着风扇溢散到空气中,溢散水汽量约占总补水量的80%,造成大量水资源流失,必须安装溢散水汽回收装置将其回收利用。介绍了某制酸系统现有凉水冷却塔溢散水汽回收装置的构成及工艺原理,并对其应用效果进行了预测,认为其不仅可节约大量水资源,还可显著降低冶炼烟气配套制酸系统的运营成本,值得推广应用。The saturated water vapor in the cooling tower of the acid production system will be spilled into the air with the fan,and the amount of spilled water vapor accounts for about 80%of the total water supply,resulting in a large amount of water loss.It is necessary to install the overflow water vapor recovery device for recycling.The composition and process principle of the existing water cooling tower overflow water vapor recovery device in an acid production system are introduced,and its application effect is predicted.It is concluded that it can not only save a lot of water resources,but also significantly reduce the operating cost of the acid production system from smeltering flue gas,which is worthy of promotion for application.
