摘　　要：随着新能源汽车的兴起,作为锂电池的重要原料单水氢氧化锂的需要量不断增长,同时对其产品粒度也提出了要求。分析了氢氧化锂的结晶过程和生产过程中影响其产品粒径的因素,比较了不同蒸发系统的氢氧化锂产品粒径状况,并根据生产操作经验,提出控制产品粒径的方法。With the rise of new energy vehicles,the demand for lithium hydroxide monohydrate as an important raw material for lithium batteries continues to increase,and the requirements for its product particle size are also raised.The crystallization process of lithium hydroxide and the factors affecting the particle size of its products in the production process are analyzed,and the particle size of lithium hydroxide products in different evaporation systems is compared.
