摘 要:文章对生物化工产业中“三废”管控问题进行研究。生物化工生产过程中需要用到许多化工原料,这些化工原料在生成过程中会产生废气、废液、废渣物料,这不仅造成物料资源浪费,也对生成质量和安全造成不同程度的影响。文章结合频呐酮生产项目案例,对生物化工产业中的“三废”管控现象进行分析。提出要从优化生产技术促进“三废”物料良性循环等途径上面加强管控,保证生产项目中最大化的降低“三废”的产生,提高工业生态效能,最终有利于整个生物化工产业的良性发展。This paper studies the control of“three wastes”in the biochemical industry.Many chemical raw materials are needed in the process of chemical production.These chemical raw materials will produce waste gas,waste liquid and waste residue in the process of production,which not only wastes material resources,but also affects the quality and safety of production to varying degrees.In this paper,the phenomenon of“three wastes”management and control in the biochemical industry is analyzed based on the case of pinanone production project,and it is proposed that the management and control should be strengthened by optimizing the production technology and promoting the virtuous cycle of“three wastes”materials,so as to ensure the maximum reduction of“three wastes”in the production project,improve the industrial ecological efficiency and ultimately benefit the sound development of the whole biochemical industry.
