高性能无水氟化铝生产技术研究

摘　　要：氟化铝是工业炼铝中的重要材料,生产和使用高性能无水氟化铝对提高铝的产量和质量有着积极帮助。本文首先介绍了现阶段常用的3种氟化铝生产工艺,随后以氟硅酸无水氟化铝联产白碳黑生产工艺为例,分别从仪器设备的选型,消耗定额的计算,以及安全生产设计、监控系统设计和自动控制系统设计等方面,概述了无水氟化铝生产技术要点,为批量化生产高性能无水氟化铝提供了技术借鉴。Aluminum fluoride is an important material in industrial aluminum smelting.The production and use of high-performance anhydrous aluminum fluoride are actively helpful to improve the production and quality of aluminum.This paper first introduces three kinds of aluminum fluoride production process at this stage,then in the case of white carbon black production process,respectively from the selection of equipment,calculation of consumption quota,and the safety production design,monitoring system design,etc.,provides technical reference for mass production of high-performance anhydrous aluminum fluoride and automatic control system design.
