摘　　要：化学实验室是开展化学实验的主要场所,同时也是培养化学研究人才的主要阵地,其存放着各种类型的实验器材及大量的化学试剂和药品等,因此做好化学实验室的管理具有十分现实的意义,目标管理理念和管理模式的运用是实现这一目标的重要途径。文章通过分析化学实验室管理存在的问题,结合目标管理模式提出针对性的解决策略。The chemistry lab is the main place to carry out chemical experimentand a main position of chemical research talent cultivation.There are various types of experimental equipment and a large amount of chemical reagent and medicine,etc.,so do a good job in the chemistry lab management has very realistic significance.The use of target management idea and management mode is an important way to achieve this goal.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of chemical laboratories and puts forward corresponding solutions combined with the management by objective mode.
