摘　　要：为突破传统工艺体系局限性,助力化学制药企业高质量发展,探索一套满足当下、未来生产需要的全新化学制药工艺体系。文章以化学制药工艺作为切入点,简要叙述化学制药工艺目前存在的原材料处理、制药设备、生产环境和污染排放四项问题,针对性提出化学制药工艺优化方式。In order to break through the limitations of traditional process system,help the high-quality development of chemical pharmaceutical enterprises,and explore a set of new chemical pharmaceutical process system to meet the current and future production needs,taking the chemical pharmaceutical process as the breakthrough point.This paper briefly describesthe four problems existing in the chemical pharmaceutical process,including raw material processing,pharmaceutical equipment,production environment and pollution emission,and targeted puts forwardthe optimization method of chemical pharmaceutical process.
