摘　　要：海洋半潜式钻井平台使用的是水下井口,对于部分井因下套管过程中发生阻卡导致套管无法按照正常程序下到位的情况下,通过使用深水套管补贴工艺,可以有效解决井口故障问题,以满足后续勘探及生产需求。The offshore semi submersible drilling platform uses the underwater wellhead.When the casing of some wells cannot be put in place according to the normal procedures due to blockage during casing running,the wellhead fault can be effectively solved by using the deep-water casing subsidy process to meet the subsequent exploration and production needs.
