摘　　要："慢就业"现象反映了当今大学生对更好工作的期望,实际上表明人们生活水平提高以及对现实生活的期盼值正在上升以及物质生活的全面改善,对学生职业发展的理性理解以及高校就业服务存在的问题加剧了"慢就业"现象的出现和蔓延,以就业服务为导向,改善人才培养体系,提高人才培养质量,提供高质量、高精度的就业指导,开拓多角度、全覆盖的就业市场是"慢就业"的解决方案。The phenomenon of “slow employment” reflects the expectations of today’s college students for better jobs. It actually shows that people’s living standards are improving and their expectations for real life are rising, as well as the overall improvement of material life, a rational understanding of students’ career development, and the problems in employment services in colleges and universities have exacerbated the emergence and spread of the phenomenon of “slow employment”. Based on employment services, we will improve the personnel training system, improve the quality of personnel training, provide high-quality, high-precision employment guidance, and open up multiple perspectives and full coverage. The job market is the “slow employment” solution.
