摘 要:大专师范院校是培养中小学教师的主要阵地,师范专业培养质量与中小学教师队伍整体水平有直接关联,必须要加强培养师范生的学科核心素养,促进大专数学师范生水平以及能力的增强。基于此,本文即对新师范建设背景下大专数学师范生核心素养培养展开了深入分析,明确了培养数学师范生核心素养的重要性和必要性,并在依托于当前教育现状的基础上,制定了相应的培养策略,以期相关人员能够借鉴。Colleges and universities are the main position for the training of primary and secondary school teachers. The quality of normal major training is directly related to the overall level of primary and secondary school teachers. It is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of the core quality of normal school students and promote the enhancement of the level and ability of junior college and mathematics normal school students. In this regard, this paper develops an in-depth analysis of the core literacy cultivation of college mathematics normal university students under the background of new normal university construction, clarifies the necessity of core literacy cultivation, and on the basis of the current education situation, formulates the corresponding training strategy, so that relevant personnel can learn from it.
