地方医学院校教职工“三全育人”意识的实证调查及对策研究

摘　　要：高校教职工是"三全育人"的主体,应把"三全育人"的意识融入到思想深处,真正做学生健康成长的指导者和引路人。本人基于对地方医学院校教职工"三全育人"意识的实证调查,深入分析"三全育人"意识在学校各部门、各单位教职工中的知晓度和认可度,针对其中存在的问题提出解决方法。The staff in colleges are the main body of “three complete education”. They should integrate the awareness of “three complete education” into their thoughts, and truly be the guides and leaders for the healthy growth of students. Based on the empirical investigation on the awareness of “three complete education” among the staff of local medical colleges, this paper deeply analyzes the awareness and recognition of “three complete education” among the staff of various departments and units of the school, and puts forward some solutions to the existing problems.
