摘 要:疏水缔合聚合物亲水主链上带有少量疏水基团,具有独特的两亲性结构,其在高温高盐地层的化学驱材料,压裂液增黏材料及水基钻井液耐温抗盐降滤失剂有一定的应用。这种独特的两亲性结构使得其水溶液特性与油田常用聚丙烯酰胺类聚合物溶液性能差别较大。选工业化疏水缔合聚合物AP-P5与两种聚丙烯酰胺类KY-1、KY-2进行性能评价。可得,疏水缔合聚合物AP-P5相比较两种聚丙烯酰胺类聚合物,其水溶液在高温高盐条件下具有较强的增黏能力,良好的老化稳定性,同时与表面活性剂十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)复合后黏度升高,是一种能适应高温高盐环境介质的增黏聚合物。The hydrophobic association polymer has a unique amphiphilic structure because of a small amount of hydrophobic groups on the hydrophilic main chain.It has certain applications in chemical flooding materials of high temperature and high salt formation,viscosifying materials of fracturing fluid and temperature and salt resistance and fluid loss reducer of water-based drilling fluid.This unique amphiphilic structure makes its aqueous solution properties different from those of polyacrylamide polymer solutions commonly used in oil fields.In this study,industrial hydrophobic association polymer AP-P5 and two kinds of polyacrylamide KY-1 and KY-2 are selected for performance evaluation.Evaluation results show that compared with two kinds of polyacrylamide polymers,the aqueous solution of the hydrophobic associating polymer AP-P5under the condition of high temperature and high salt has the strong ability of reinforced adhesion,and good thermal aging resistance.At the same time the viscosity increases when combined with the surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS).
