催化裂化装置反应沉降器内部旋风分离器改造

摘　　要：旋风分离器是催化裂化装置反应沉降器内部核心设备,通过对反应沉降器内部旋风分离器的翼阀、料腿、升气管改造,并合理调整生产工艺操作参数以提高旋风分离器的气固分离效率,抑制结焦,避免或减少反应沉降器结焦对其产生不利影响。改造后,反应沉降器结焦减缓,旋风分离器不再跑剂,催化剂单耗由2.2 kg/t下降至1.43 kg/t,分馏油浆固含量由6.97 g/L降至3.7 g/L,节省了生产成本。Cyclone separator is the core equipment in reactor settler of FCCU.The wing valve,feed leg and trachea of cyclone separator in reactor settler had been revamped,and the operation parameters of production process are adjusted reasonably to improve the gas-solid separation efficiency of cyclone separator,curb coking and reduce or avoid reaction settler coking for its negative effects.After the revamp,the cyclone separator of the reactor settler is running normally,no more catalyst running abnormal loss.The consumption of catalyst has been decreased from 2.2 kg/t to 1.43 kg/t,and the fractionated oil slurry has been decreased from 6.97 g/L to 3.7 g/L,thus saving the production cost.
