摘　　要：肩关节脱位,是人体最常见的脱位之一。中医学以手法复位作为最常使用的早期治疗手段,主要以拔伸托入法、椅背复位法、手牵足蹬法为主。文章就近年来医者所使用的复位方法进行综述,得出3种创新的手法,即采用前屈外旋法、牵提复位法及外展外旋法,使其更符合当代患者的特点,以期收到更好的临床疗效。Shoulder dislocation,is one of the most common dislocation in the human body.Traditional medicine in the Manual Reduction to reset as the most often used early treatment means,mainly to pull out extension into the method,chair back reset method,hand holding foot pedal method.This paper reviews the reset methods used by doctors in recent years,and concludes that three innovative methods,namely preflexion spin method,traction reset method and outward spin method,to make them more consistent with the characteristics of contemporary patients,in order to receive better clinical efficacy.
