顾健霞运用山楂苓术天麻汤治疗高血压合并血脂异常临证经验

摘　　要：目前高血压合并血脂异常的患病人群日益增加,中医药在治疗两者合病上特色鲜明,疗效明显。顾健霞主任认为两者都可因饮食失调、情志内伤、劳逸失度等致脾虚失健,肝行气不畅,心运血滞行,从而使痰瘀交缠,脉道受损。病位在脉道,与脾、肝、心三脏联系最密切,病机关键为脾虚失健,肝失疏泄,心脉痹阻。治疗上采用健脾疏肝,化浊通心之法。顾健霞主任运用山楂苓术天麻汤(经验方)治疗高血压合并血脂异常(痰浊阻遏证),疗效满意。At present,the number of patients with hypertension complicated with dyslipidemia is increasing.Traditional Chinese medicine has distinct characteristics and obvious curative effect in the treatment of both diseases.Director Gu believes that both can lead to spleen deficiency and loss of health due to eating disorders and emotional internal injuries,poor Qi flow in the liver and stagnation of blood flow in the heart,so as to entangle phlegm and blood stasis and damage the pulse tract.The disease is located in the pulse channel,which is most closely related to the spleen,liver and heart.The key pathogenesis is spleen deficiency and weakness,liver loss and drainage,and heart pulse obstruction.The treatment adopts the method of strengthening the spleen and soothing the liver,removing turbidity and dredging the heart.Director Gu Jianxia used hawthorn Lingzhu Tianma Decoction(empirical formula)to treat hypertension complicated with dyslipidemia(phlegm turbidity suppression syndrome),and satisfactory results.
