筋针疗法联合手法松解治疗原发性冻结肩临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察筋针联合手法松解治疗对原发性冻结肩的临床疗效。方法:选取60例原发性冻结肩患者,随机分为两组,每组各30例,治疗组采取筋针治疗,带针运动并行手法松解治疗;对照组予手法松解治疗;两组均每周治疗1次,6周为1个疗程,通过对比研究,分析两组的疗效。结果:治疗组综合疗效90%,对照组76.66%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:筋针疗法联合手法松解对原发性冻结肩治疗具有较好的疗效。Objective To explore the clinical effect of tendon acupuncture combined with manipulation release in the treatment of primary frozen shoulder injury.Methods60 patients with primary shoulder frostbite were randomly divided into two groups with 30 patients in each group(n=30).The treatment group was treated with tendon acupuncture,movement and manipulation release,once a week,6 weeks of treatment.The control group was given manipulation release once a week,6 weeks of treatment.Study and analyze the therapeutic effects of the two groups.ResultsThe comprehensive effective rates of treatment group were 90%in the treatment group and 76.66%in the control group,the difference was statistically remarkable(P<0.05).Conclusiontendon needle therapy combined with manipulation release has good clinical results in the treatment of primary frozen shoulder.
