罗氏正骨手法结合牵引疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察罗氏正骨手法结合牵引疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:选取广西中医药大学第一附属医院康复科84例腰椎间盘突出症患者,将其分成两组,观察组42例予以罗氏正骨手法结合腰椎牵引;对照组42例患者仅予以腰椎牵引治疗。治疗2周后进行结果分析。比较两组的临床疗效及治疗前后患者的视觉模拟评分总分(VAS)、腰椎JOA评分量表积分、Oswestry功能障碍评分积分(ODI)。结果:观察组有效率为95.0%,对照组有效率为72.5%,观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。经治疗2周后两组的VAS及JOA评分均较前降低,但观察组的评分均较对照组低,且差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的ODI评分较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组,差异同样有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:罗氏正骨手法结合牵引疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效较好,能有效改善患者腰部疼痛及日常生活功能。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Roche's bonesetting manipulation combined with traction therapy on lumbar disc herniation,LDH.Methods Eighty-four LDH patients in the Department of Rehabilitation of the First Affiliated Hospital of guangxi university of chinese medicine were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Forty-two patients in the observation group were given Roche's bonesetting technique combined with lumbar traction.42 patients in the control group were only given lumbar traction.The results were analyzed after 2 weeks of treatment.The clinical efficacy,visual analogue scale(VAS),lumbar JOA score scale and Oswestry dysfunction score(ODI)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.ResultsThe curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After two weeks of treatment,the VAS and JOA scores of the two groups were lower than before,but the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The ODI scores of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was also significant(P<0.05).ConclusionRoche bone setting technique is effective in the treatment of LDH,which can effectively improve the patients'lower back pain and daily life function,and improve the patients'quality of life.
