摘  要:针对车身覆盖件研发过程中CAD模型创建困难的特点,提出基于知识工程的车身外覆盖件系统设计的思想。通过A级曲面修复算法,解决了艺术造型与工程开发之间的矛盾;基于断面的CAD造型,提升了车身覆盖件模型的精度;基于UDO技术,实现CAD模型的快速修改。此外,开发了DTS自动检查功能,实现了对车身覆盖件模型的间隙与平整度检查。基于知识工程的车身覆盖件系统的开发,可快速实现车身覆盖件模型的创建、优化、修改与验证。Aiming at the difficulty of creating CAD model in the process of body panel research and development,the idea of body panel system design based on knowledge engineering is proposed.Through A level surface repair algorithm,the contradiction between artistic modeling and engineering development has been solved.CAD modeling based on section improves the accuracy of body panel model.And the body panel model can be modified rapidly based on UDO technology.In addition,the gap and flush can be checked by DTS automatic check function.The body panel system development based on knowledge engineering can quickly realize the creation,optimization,modification and verification of body panel model.
