摘　　要：针对某铁路隧道内大型机械养维护作业产生粉尘和化学有害因素的情况开展现场调研和检测,了解该铁路隧道内养维护作业尘毒危害的种类、浓度,为铁路长大隧道大型机械养维护作业空气环境综合治理研究提供依据。采用现场调查法和检测分析法,对照职业卫生有关法律、法规和标准等进行识别、分析和评价。结果表明,该铁路隧道大型机械养维护部分作业工况下粉尘、一氧化碳、氮氧化物的浓度存在超过国家职业卫生标准限值的现象,进而从职业卫生管理制度、个体防护用品、健康监护等方面提出改进建议。According to the situation of dust and chemical harmful factors produced by large mechanical maintenance operation in a railway tunnel, carry out investigation and detection to understand the types and concentrations of dust and chemical poison hazards of large mechanical maintenance operation in the railway tunnel. It provides a basis for the comprehensive treatment of air environment of large mechanical maintenance operation in long railway tunnel. The field investigation method and detection analysis method are used to identify, analyze and evaluate according to the relevant laws,regulations and standards of occupational health. The results show that the concentration of dust, carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides in some working conditiens of the large mechanical maintenance operation of the railway tunnel exceeds the limit of the national occupational health standard. Then it put forward improvement suggestions from the aspects of occupational health management system, personal protective equipment and health surveillance.
