摘  要:针对民用大型客机辅助冷却系统IMA综合化应用需求,通过梳理研制保障需求,提出一种辅助冷却控制系统快速原型系统,详细描述了系统架构、运行模态及关键软硬件设计,搭建全数字仿真环境支持控制律代码自动生成,选取ADE集成开发环境进行系统应用软件开发、部署和驱动,采用PXI实时仿真平台与Veristand软件构建半物理仿真环境,支持实物级交联验证。仿真与试验结果表明,基于IMA的机载辅助冷却控制系统快速原型系统,可有效提升民用大型客机辅助冷却系统IMA驻留应用的开发效率,缩短研制周期,提升验证覆盖率。In response to the comprehensive application requirements of IMA for the auxiliary cooling system of civil large scale passenger aircraft,a rapid prototype system of auxiliary cooling control system is proposed by analyzing the research development and support requirements.The system architecture,operation mode and key software and hardware design are described in detail,and a fully digital simulation environment is built.The system proposed in this paper support the automatic generation of control law code,the selection of the ADE integrated development environment for system application software development,the deployment and drive,the building of semi physical simulation environment with PXI real time simulation platform and Veristand software and physical level cross link verification.Simulation and test results show that the rapid prototype system of the airborne auxiliary cooling control system based on IMA can effectively improve the development efficiency of the IMA resident application for the auxiliary cooling system of civil large passenger aircraft,shorten the development cycle,and increase the verification coverage.
