摘 要:目前海上油田处理高含水采出液采用的是“三相分离+电脱水”工艺,工艺流程较长,占地面积大。为了更高效地处理高含水采出液,设计了新型电场强化油水分离器,并制造了处理能力为10 m^(3)/h的撬装装置。通过矿场试验研究了频率、破乳剂等对电场强化油水分离器分离效果的影响,结果表明,针对平台高含水(含水率78%~97%)原油来液,当控制入口流量为10 m^(3)/h,静电聚结器电源电压为4.98 kV,电源频率为3 500 Hz时,油相出口含水低至7%,可以不加破乳剂,节约了药剂成本。At present,the process of“three-phase separation+electric dehydration”is adopted in the treatment of high water-cut produced fluid in offshore oilfields,which has a long process flow and a large area. In order to deal with the produced fluid with high water content more efficiently,a new type of electric field-enhanced oil-water separator was designed,and a skid-mounted device with a processing capacity of 10 m^(3)/h was manufactured. The influence of frequency,demulsifier,etc. on the separation effect of the electric field-enhanced oil-water separator was studied through field experiments. The results showed that for the platform crude oil incoming liquid with high water content(water content of 78%-97%),when the inlet flow rate,the power supply voltage of the electrostatic coalescer and the power supply frequency was controlled to 10 m^(3)/h,4.98 kV and 3 500 Hz,the water content of the oil phase outlet was as low as 7%. In this case,the demulsifier could be omitted,which saved the cost of medicine.
