摘  要:某企业根据其化机浆废水的水质特点,采用“加酸、预曝气+预酸化+IC反应器+氧化沟+混凝脱色”的工艺对其进行处理。运行结果表明:该组合工艺对化机浆废水具有较好的处理效果。其中,IC厌氧反应器对化机浆废水COD的去除率稳定在66%,对SS的去除率稳定在49.11%;好氧系统的COD去除率约为90%,SS去除率约为61.07%;混凝脱色处理出水COD约为75 mg/L,SS约为23.5 mg/L,处理出水水质满足《制浆造纸工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 3544—2008)的要求。该组合工艺对化机浆废水的处理成本约为6.1元/t。该工程案例可为国内外同类废水处理技术方案和工艺流程的确定,以及设计参数的选择提供实践基础。According to the quality characteristics of chemical pulp wastewater in a certain enterprise,the process of“adding acid,pre-aeration+pre-acidification+IC reactor+oxidation ditch+coagulation and decolorization”was adopted to treat it. The operation results showed that the combined process had good treatment effect on chemical pulp wastewater. The removal rate of COD and SS by IC anaerobic reactor was stable at 66% and 49.11% respectively.The removal rate of COD and SS in aerobic system was about 90% and 61.07% respectively. The effluent COD of coagulation and decolorization treatment was about 75 mg/L,and SS was about 23.5 mg/L. The effluent water quality met the requirements of the Discharge Standard of Water pollutants for Pulp and Paper Industry(GB 3544—2008).The cost of the combined process for the treatment of chemical pulp wastewater was about RMB6.1 per ton. The project case could provide a practical basis for the determination of technical scheme and process flow and the selection of design parameters of similar wastewater treatment at home and abroad.
