摘  要:某化学合成制药企业针对其产生的废水盐分含量高、生物毒性大、可生化性差等特点,并结合用户的再生水使用需求,将“UASB(上流式厌氧污泥床)‒HBF(生物固定膜复合技术)‒UF/NF/DM(超滤/纳滤/高频振动膜分离技术)”组合工艺应用于化学合成制药废水的零排放处理。本工程案例中,设计厌氧池COD容积负荷为4.5 kg/(m^(3)·d),水力停留时间为47 h,好氧池COD容积负荷为1.0 kg/(m^(3)·d),水力停留时间为30.7 h。运行结果表明,在设计工况下,该组合工艺对化学合成制药废水的处理效果稳定,且抗冲击负荷能力强。经该组合工艺处理后,系统回用水COD<80 mg/L、TN<20 mg/L、NH_(3)‒N<15 mg/L、TDS<800 mg/L,COD和TN去除率分别可达99.2%和93.3%,出水水质满足《循环冷却水用再生水水质标准》(HG/T 3923—2007)的要求,且再生水回用率达98.3%。系统运行成本约为37~43元/m^(3)。Aiming at the characteristics of high salt content,high biological toxicity,and poor biodegradability of wastewater from a chemical synthetic pharmaceutical company,and combining the user’s reclaimed water use needs,the“UASB(up-flow anaerobic sludge bed)‒HBF(hybrid biological&Fixed film technology)‒UF/NF/DM(ultrafiltration/nanofiltration/high frequency vibrating membrane separation technology)”combined process was used in the zero-discharge treatment of chemical synthesis pharmaceutical wastewater.In this project case,the de⁃sign COD volume load and hydraulic retention time of the anaerobic tank were 4.5 kg/(m^(3)·d)and 47 h respectively,and those of the aerobic tank were 1.0 kg/(m^(3)·d)and 30.7 h respectively.The results showed that under the design conditions,the treatment effect of combined process on chemical synthesis pharmaceutical wastewater was stable,the impact resistance was strong.After treatment by the combined process,the COD,TN,NH_(3)‒N and TDS of the re⁃cycled water of the system were respectively less than 80,20,15 and 800 mg/L.The removal rate of COD and TN could reach 99.2%and 93.3%,respectively.The effluent met the requirements of the Water Quality Standard for Re⁃claimed Water for Circulating Cooling Water(HG/T 3923-2007),and the reclaimed water reuse rate could reach 98.3%.The operating cost of the system was about 37‒43 RMB/m^(3).
