摘　　要：对牵引电机定子嵌线和并头过程中绝缘破损现象进行原因分析,从线圈设计、嵌线工艺和质量控制等方面提出了改进预防措施,从而提高电机绝缘水平,保证牵引电机的制造质量。Cause analysis of the insulation damage in the wiring-embedding and end to end joint process of traction motor stators is done,and then,the improvement and prevention measures are put forward in the fields of the coil design,wiring-embedding process,quality control and so on,thus,to increase the insulation level of the motor and ensure the manufacturing quality of the traction motor.
