摘  要:在某些特殊场合中,将单双层混合绕组改为双层绕组可以降低维修难度、缩短维修工期,减少设备停产给企业带来的损失。基于单双层混合绕组的基本原理,以48槽2极混合绕组电机为例,将单双层混合绕组展开图逆推至双层绕组展开图,并推导了通用的有效节距简易计算公式,对电机维修企业具有一定指导意义。Rebuilding the single and two layer compound winding into the two-layer winding is able to reduce the maintenance difficulty,shorten maintenance time and decrease the enterprise loss due to equipments shutdown in some special cases.Based on basic principle of the single and two-layer compound winding,a 48 slots 2 poles compound winding motor is taken as an example.Its outspread compound winding diagram is deduced into a two-layer winding diagram and the general and simple computational formula of effective pitch is derived,which has certain guiding significance for motor maintenance companies.
