摘　　要：目的:探讨任献青治疗过敏性紫癜血热妄行证的用药经验。方法:采集3160诊次患儿的方药信息,运用Apriori算法和复杂网络分析方法进行核心药物与药物配伍关系的数据挖掘。结果:治疗过敏性紫癜血热妄行证的核心方药为:生地黄、牡丹皮、紫草、丹参、蒲公英、忍冬藤、黄芩、皂角刺、薏苡仁、炙甘草,旨在清热凉血、活血化瘀。其中常用清热凉血配伍为牡丹皮-生地黄-蒲公英、紫草-忍冬藤-生地黄等,常用清热凉血、活血化瘀配伍为黄芩-蒲公英-忍冬藤-生地黄-丹参。结论:通过数据挖掘,总结出任献青教授"清热凉血是根本、活血化瘀是关键、调理体质是保证"的辨治思路,尤其是贯穿治疗始终的"活血化瘀、预防肾损"的核心理念,为推广名老中医经验方提供了理论依据,为进一步提高中医临床疗效打下了基础。Objective:To explore Ren Xianqing’s experience in the treatment of Henoch Schonlein purpura with bleeding due to blood heat syndrome.Methods:The prescription information of 3160 children was collected,and the data mining of the relationship between core drugs and drug compatibility was carried out by using Apriori algorithm and complex network analysis method.Results:The core prescriptions for the treatment of Henoch Schonlein purpura with bleeding due to blood heat syndrome were rehmannia glutinosa,peony bark,arnebia,salvia miltiorrhiza,dandelion,honeysuckle vine,scutellaria baicalensis,saponin thorn,coix seed and roasted licorice,aiming at clearing heat and cooling blood,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Among them,the commonly used compatibility of clearing heat and cooling blood is peony bark-rehmannia glutinosa-dandelion,arnebia-honeysuckle vine-rehmannia glutinosa,etc.,and the commonly used compatibility of clearing heat and cooling blood,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis is scutellaria baicalensis-dandelion-honeysuckle vine-rehmannia glutinosa-salvia miltiorrhiza.Conclusion:Through data mining,this paper summarizes the syndrome differentiation and treatment idea of Professor REN Xianqing,"clearing heat and cooling blood is the foundation,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis is the key,and regulating physique is the guarantee",especially the core concept of"promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and preventing kidney damage"throughout the treatment,which provides a theoretical basis for popularizing the experience of famous and old traditional Chinese medicine and lays a foundation for further improving the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine.
