摘　　要：介绍运用国医大师梅国强教授的独特思想治疗慢性湿疹的临证经验。梅师精研伤寒与温病之法,针对慢性湿疹风、热、寒、湿、瘀夹杂,寒热错杂、虚实夹杂的病因病机特点,四诊合参,提出运用"整体融寒温"思想指导临证思辨,并以"疏、消、清、运、补"五大治法相结合来治疗本病。此法寒温同调,注重除湿,内外同治,标本兼顾。经临床验证,效如桴鼓。This paper introduces the clinical experience of treating chronic eczema with the unique thought of Prof.MEI Guoqiang,a Chinese medicine master.After studying the treatment of cold damage and warm disease and by combining the four diagnostic methods,Prof.MEI put forward to use the idea of"whole integration of cold and warm"to guide the clinical thinking,and to treat the disease by combining five treatments of soothing,dispersing,clearing,transporting and supplementing according to the characteristics of etiology and pathogenesis of chronic eczema,including mix of wind,heat,cold,dampness and stasis,simultaneous occurrence of the cold and heat,and simultaneous occurrence of deficiency and excess.This idea advocates the simultaneous regulation of the cold and warm and emphasizes on removing dampness,treating the internal and external simultaneously and treating the root and the branch.Clinical practice has proved that its therapeutic is significant.
