摘  要:目的比较酸性氧化电位水和氯己定醇手消毒剂卫生手的消毒效果。方法纳入非手术科室医疗工作人员194人,随机应用酸性氧化电位水或氯己定醇手消毒剂消毒。受试对象手卫生采用"七步洗手法",在使用消毒剂卫生手消毒前、后分别进行ATP生物荧光检测法和微生物培养法检测消毒效果。结果 90人使用酸性氧化电位水,104人使用氯己定醇消毒剂卫生手消毒,2组受试者年龄、性别、职业等基本情况比较无明显差异。ATP生物荧光检测法和微生物培养法检测结果一致(P=0.655),酸性氧化电位水组消毒合格率为76.67%,氯己定醇组消毒合格率为75.96%,两者无统计学差异(P=0.909)。结论 2组手消毒方法的消毒效果基本一致,可在临床选择使用。Objective To compare the disinfection effect of electrolyzed oxidizing water and chlorhexidine gluconate alcohol disinfectant for hand.Methods 194 medical staff in non-surgical departments were randomly included as subjects,which divided randomly for electrolyzed oxidizing water and chlorhexidine gluconate alcohol disinfectant group.Hand hygiene adopted “seven-step washing technique”.The subjects were tested by ATP bioluminescence assay and microbial culture assay before and after hand hygiene.Results The subjects were randomly divided into two groups:electrolyzed oxidizing water group(90 people) and chlorhexidine gluconate alcohol disinfectant group(104 people).There was no significant difference in age,gender and occupation between the two groups.The results of ATP bioluminescence assay and microbial culture assay were consistent(P=0.655);The disinfection qualification rate of electrolyzed oxidizing water group was 76.67%,and that of chlorhexidine gluconate alcohol disinfectant group was 75.96%.There was no significant difference between them(P=0.909).Conclusion The effect of electrolyzed oxidizing water on hand hygiene has no different from that of chlorhexidine gluconate alcohol disinfectant;ATP bioluminescence assay can be used to detect the disinfection effect of hand hygiene.
