摘　　要：目的研究一种消毒连接器对无针输液接头的消毒效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法和模拟现场消毒试验方法,对某消毒连接器的消毒效果进行评价。结果消毒连接器中浸有浓度为70%异丙醇,用其挤出液对悬液内表皮葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌和白色念珠菌作用3 min,平均杀灭对数值均>5.00。将上述各试验菌接种在该消毒连接器接触消毒剂的部位,作用3 min后均检测不出存活菌,即菌数为0 cfu。结论该消毒连接器对无针输液接头有良好的消毒效果。Objective To study the disinfection effect of alcohol connector on needle-less access ports.Method Suspending quantitative disinfection method and simulated field disinfection method were used to evaluate the disinfection effect of disinfection connector.Results The average killing pair values of disinfection connector extruder against Staphylococcus epidermidis,Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Escherichia coli and Candida albicans were all above 5.00.The simulated field test results of the disinfection connector for the above 5 kinds of microorganisms were all 0 cfu.Conclusion The experimental method used in this study to simulate clinical use shows that the disinfectant connector has a good disinfectant effect on the needle-less access ports.
