摘  要:目的评价某基层医院麻醉机呼吸回路消毒系统(简称消毒机)的消毒效果。方法选取某基层医院13台麻醉机,消毒机消毒前后对麻醉机进气口和出气口、钠石灰罐内侧壁采样并进行细菌检测,比较消毒前后麻醉机内部呼吸回路的细菌污染情况,以及消毒后一个月内不同时间段污染细菌阳性率。结果消毒前麻醉机内部呼吸回路细菌污染阳性率为12.82%,消毒后细菌污染阳性率降为3.85%(χ^(2)=19.99,P<0.01);消毒后一个月内麻醉机内部呼吸回路细菌污染阳性率保持在较低水平,不同时间段之间细菌污染阳性率无统计学差异。结论消毒机有效降低麻醉机内部呼吸回路细菌污染水平。Objective To evaluate the disinfection effect of anesthesia machine’s internal breathing-circuit systems in a grass-root hospital.Methods 13 sets of anesthesia machines in a grass-root hospital were selected,The inner surfaces of import and export circuits、the inner wall of sodium-lime cans were sampled to evaluate the bacterial contamination before and after using the disinfection machine,and the bacterial contamination of anesthesia machine’s internal breathing-circuit systems after disinfection for one month.Results The positive rate of bacterial contamination was 12.82% before disinfection and 3.85% after disinfection.There was a significant difference in the bacterial contamination rate before and after disinfection(χ^(2)=19.99 P=0.00).The bacterial contamination rate of the internal breathing-circuit of the anesthesia machine remained at a low level in a month after using the disinfection machine,and there was no statistical significance on the bacterial contamination rate between different periods in one month.Conclusion Disinfection machines can reduce bacterial contamination of anesthesia machine’s internal breathing-circuit systems effectively.
