摘 要:针对悬臂式掘进机在井下掘进过程中截割载荷识别困难的问题,提出了一种基于模糊数学的掘进机截割头转速分档预测方法。通过分析掘进机截割头工作过程,基于模糊数学将井下实测的多传感器信息进行信息融合,得到截割头载荷的预测输出。依据不同工况将截割头转速分为四个档位,并进行了实验验证,为研究不同工况下截割头转速自适应控制提供了理论和实践基础。A fuzzy mathematical method is proposed for predicting the speed of the cutting head of a boom-type roadheader based on fuzzy mathematics,in view of the difficulty of identifying the cutting load in the process of underground heading. By analyzing the working process of the cutter head of the roadheader and fusing information from multiple sensors measured underground based on fuzzy mathematics,the predicted output of the cutter head load is obtained. The speed of the cutting head is divided into four gears according to different working conditions,and experimental verification is carried out to provide a theoretical and practical basis for in-depth research on the adaptive control of the cutting head speed under different working conditions.
