摘 要:受储层非均质性及注采工艺影响,超稠油油藏水平井蒸汽吞吐后的水平段动用程度低,沿水平段发育的低渗透储层难以动用。为改善水平段储层动用,提高吞吐产量和采收率,提出电加热辅助水平井吞吐技术。采用物理模拟和数值模拟相结合的方法,开展了水平段动用主控因素、电加热提高水平段动用机理、电加热地质界限与最佳时机等研究。结果表明:影响水平段动用的主控因素为沿水平段储层非均质性、流体温度非均匀性和排液非均匀性,通过水平段电加热辅助吞吐,周期增油量可提高72%,油汽比可提高72.3%,全水平段实现了有效动用;电加热油藏条件是油层厚度大于8 m、含油饱和度大于60%,吞吐周期小于11轮次。矿场试验表明,实施电加热油井的周期产量、油汽比和水平段动用程度均得到明显提高,预测最终采收率可提高7.7百分点,在类似稠油油藏中具有较大应用潜力。Due to the influences of the reservoir heterogeneity and injection-production techniques,the producing degree of the horizontal section after the huff and puff in the horizontal well of super-heavy oil reservoir is rather low,and it is difficult to develop for the low-permeability reservoir along the horizontal section.In order to improve the reservoir development in the horizontal section and enhance the huff-puff production and recovery efficiency,the electric heating assisted huff-puff technique is put forward.By means of the combined method between the physical simulation and numerical simulation,the main controlling factors,the mechanism of raising the producing degree of horizontal section by the electric heating,geological limit and the best time of the electric heating are studied.The results show that the reservoir heterogeneity along the horizontal section,and the homogeneities of the fluid temperature and discharged liquid are the main controlling factors that influence the development of the horizontal section;with the help of the electric heating assisted huff-puff in the horizontal section,the cyclic oil increment is up to 72%,the oil-steam ratio increases by 72.3%,and the effective producing is realized in the whole horizontal section;the reservoir conditions of the electric heating are that the thickness of the oil layer requires more than 8 m,the oil saturation should be more than 60%,and the huff and puff cycle is less than 11 rounds.The field test shows that after stimulated by the electric heating for the producer,the cyclic production,oil-steam ratio and developed degree of the horizontal section are obviously improved,and producer the predicted ultimate recovery factor is increased by 7.7 percentage points,which has a great potential in the similar heavy oil reservoirs.
