摘 要:以某型处于研发阶段的高端客滚船为研究对象,分析采用有机朗肯循环废热发电系统带来的节能效果和CO_(2)减排效果,为特定航区类似船型选用废热发电系统提供参考。结果发现:随着机舱环境温度的升高,当燃烧效率下降、废热占比增大时,废热发电系统能更好地发挥其节能减排作用;该系统更适合航区环境温度较高、该温度下电力负荷较大的船舶,比如邮船、客船和冷藏集装箱船等。通过应用该系统,能起到一定的节能和减少CO_(2)排放的作用。A high-end Ropax ship in the research and development stage is taken as the object to analyze the economic and energy saving benefits and CO_(2) emission reduction effects of the Organic Rankine Cycling waste heat power generation system, so as to provide reference for similar ship types to select waste heat power generation system in specific sailing areas. The result shows that the waste heat power generation system can play a better role in energy saving and emission reduction when the ambient temperature of engine room increases, the combustion efficiency decreases and the waste heat proportion increases, which means the system is more suitable for the ships sailing at the areas where the climate temperature is higher and larger electrical power load is needed under the climate temperature such as cruise ships, passenger ships and reefers. Certain energy saving and CO_(2) emission reduction can be expected by using the system.
