摘 要:面向船舶智能制造的工艺过程,针对传统工艺数据库设计流程,提出一种改进优化设计方法,主要有3点:提出9要素分析法,将船舶智能制造中的工艺数据要素分为9种;基于9要素分析法,设计通用概念结构图模型;根据实际工艺过程的特点,在逻辑结构设计中提出2种优化方法,降低数据库的复杂度,解决数据冗余和数据库读写频繁等问题。为验证提出的优化方法的可行性和适用性,针对船舶智能制造中的装配工艺过程,设计装配工艺数据库接口系统。In view of the process of ship intelligent manufacturing, three optimization steps are proposed to improve the traditional process of database design.First is to use the 9-element analysis method which divides the process data elements in ship intelligent manufacturing into 9 categories.Then the general entity relationship diagram model is designed for the concept structure based on the 9-element analysis method.Finally two optimization methods are proposed for the design of logical structure according to the actual process, which simplifies the complexity of the database and solves the problems of data redundancy and frequent reading and writing of database.Besides, an assembly process interface system is designed for the assembly process in ship intelligent manufacturing to verify the feasibility and applicability of the optimization method proposed in this paper.
