摘 要:针对当前船舶设计软件种类较多且缺乏有效的集成系统的特点,结合目前常用的几款CAE分析软件,对软件的接口集成技术进行研究。基于三维体验平台二次开发技术,以通用中间格式文件为媒介,固化模型传递方法,实现单一数据模型一键导出并导入CAE分析软件。在此基础上,选择某船体结构有限元分析进行实际应用,计算结果满足分析要求,表明采用该方法获得的计算模型在传递过程中不会出现模型数据信息丢失的现象,且能减少人工导入和导出的工作量,同时能实现对各类船舶设计软件的高效、统一的集中管理和使用。In view of the situation that there are different types of ship design software and a lack of effective integrated system, the software interface integration technologies are studied taking into account of several commonly used CAE analysis software. The intermediate format files are used as the medium to solidify the model transfer method based on the secondary development technology of the 3 D experience platform, thus to achieve the function of data model export and import into CAE analysis software with just one click. On this basis, the technology is applied to the hull structure finite element analysis, and the calculation result can meet the analysis requirement, which indicates that data information is not lost during the model transfer. The workload of manual import and export can be reduced, and the efficient and overall management and application of various ship design software can be realized at the same time.
