摘 要:“建盏”属于一种特殊的高温窑变天目釉,成品率很低(<70%),产生了大量废渣。笔者巧妙地将工厂的建盏废品与废弃的匣钵残片引入泥坯料中,成功试制出了兔毫、油滴、鹧鸪斑等再生建盏制品。研究结果表明,在保持现有生产工艺与釉色品种不变的前提下,坯料中建盏废渣的含量可高达30%,随着泥料中废渣用量的增加,坯体的收缩率与变形度则相应减少,成品率明显提高。本研究将为建盏的绿色可持续发展,实现“碳达峰、碳中和”开创了一条新路。Jianzhan is a special high-temperature flamed glaze, whose low yield(<70%)results in a large amount of waste. In this paper, the defective sagger and the waste sagger pieces from the factory were reintroduced into the mud, and successfully regenerated Jianzhan products of hare’s fure glaze, oil drop, partridge spot etc. The findings show that, under the premise of keeping the existing production technology and glaze varieties unchanged, the waste sagger utilization rate can be as high as 30%, and the more the waste sagger were used, the lower the shrinkage rate and deformability rate, which obviously improved the yield of the production. This study will create a new way for the green, low-carbon and sustainable development of Jianzhan, and to realize carbon dioxide emission and carbon neutrality.
