摘　　要：猪精子冷冻保存技术在培育优良品种、保存种质资源、控制疫病传播、性别控制技术应用、提高精液利用效率等方面具有重要的应用价值。随着猪精子冷冻保护剂组分、冷冻解冻方法和降温设备的不断优化,以及低剂量子宫内深部输精技术的有效配合,猪冻精的使用范围将逐渐扩大。文章主要对猪冻精研究发展过程、冻精生产关键环节及其优化、低剂量子宫内深部输精、猪性控冻精等方面的最新研究进展进行了综述,并对猪精子冷冻保存技术及其相关辅助技术的产业化前景进行了展望。Sperm cryopreservation technology for pig has an important applied values in cultivating elite breed,preserving genetic resources,preventing disease spread,application of sexed semen,and improving the efficiency of semen utilization.With the optimization of cryoprotectant components,freezing-thawing methods,cooling equipments,and the effective assistance of low dosage deep uterine insemination,the area of application of frozen porcine sperm will gradually expand.This study mainly reviews the research history of pig frozen sperm and the research progress of key steps and its optimization of frozen sperm production,low dosage deep uterine insemination,sexed frozen semen.In addition,we also propose the prospect of industrialization and the existing problems of sperm cryopreservation technology and relevant assistant techniques in pigs.The information summarized in this review can provide a theoretical reference of production and application of porcine frozen semen for pig industries.
