摘　　要：为了解不同妊娠期母驴B超影像特征,试验对新疆库车裕万家养殖合作社354头母驴(疆岳驴、德州驴和少量新疆驴)进行了B超妊娠检查。采用B超直肠线性探头(6.5MHz)对子宫进行扫描,对得到的B超影像进行分析。结果表明:在妊娠初期胚囊小,子宫完全没有进入腹腔或者部分进入腹腔;妊娠中期子宫和子宫角逐渐变大,子宫大部分或完全进入腹腔;妊娠后期胎儿进一步变大,检查者通过直肠壁就能直接抓住胎儿。在不同阶段妊娠图像显示出完全不同的特点。In order to understand the B-ultrasound imaging characteristics of female donkeys during different gestational periods,354 female donkeys(Xinjiang Yue donkeys,Dezhou donkeys and a small number of Xinjiang donkeys)of Xinjiang Kucha Yuwanjia Breeding Cooperative were tested for B-ultrasound pregnancy.The uterus was scanned using B-ultrasound rectal linear probe(6.5 MHz)to analyze the obtained hyper imports.The results showed that in the early stages of pregnancy,the blastocyst was small,and the uterus did not enter the abdominal cavity at all or partially entered the abdominal cavity.The uterus and uterine horns gradually become larger in the second trimester,and the uterus enters the abdominal cavity mostly or completely.Later in pregnancy,as the fetus grows further,the examiner can grab the fetus directly through the wall of the rectum.At different stages,pregnancy images show completely different characteristics.
