摘 要:长距离有压输水管道因水流条件复杂而容易产生水锤现象,进而导致管道系统产生振动或者爆裂。为满足实际输水需要,保证输水管线安全运行,采用特征线法,利用水锤数值模拟软件建立长距离输水管线水锤计算基本模型,通过对引汉济渭二期工程北干线黄池沟配水枢纽至板桥出水池段输水管道系统稳定运行状态、调整运行状态、检修切除管段运行状态(分水口控制流量、分水口控制开度)和爆管时4种工况下的水锤现象及变化规律进行了分析研究,确定了阀门最优启闭规律和操作规程。Long distance pressurized water transmission pipeline is prone to water hammer due to complex flow conditions,which will lead to vibration or burst of the pipeline system.In order to meet the needs of actual water transmission and guarantee the safe operation of water transmission pipeline,the method of characteristics and water hammer numerical analysis software were used to establish the basic water hammer calculation model of the long⁃distance water transmission pipeline,so as to analyze the stable operation state,adjust the operation state,the operation state of the maintenance and removal pipe section(control flow and control opening of the water outlet)and the water hammer phenomenon and change law during pipe explosion were analyzed and studied,which determined the optimal opening and closing laws and operation rules of the valve.
