摘　　要：为了及时掌握宁夏固原地区肉母牛口蹄疫、布鲁氏杆菌病、牛传染性鼻气管炎三种疫病免疫后的免疫效果,为后期制订更加合理的免疫程序提供理论依据,试验在2018-2020年间采集宁夏回族自治区固原市西吉县马沟村(A)和杨坪村(B)两地区共计6140份基础母牛血清,利用ELISA检测方法对血清样本进行免疫抗体监测。结果表明:2018-2020年固原市两地区肉牛口蹄疫、布鲁氏杆菌、牛传染性鼻气管炎的整体抗体阳性率均在89%以上,各年度的抗体阳性率均达到了农业农村部要求的免疫抗体合格率≥70%的标准。The aim of this experiment was to timely understand the immune effect of foot-and-mouth disease,Brucella and infectious bovine rhinotracheitis of beef cows in Guyuan City of Ningxia Province,and provide a theoretical basis for formulating a more reasonable immune program. A total of 6 140 basic cow sera were collected from Magou village( A) and Yangping village( B) in 2018—2020,and ELISA method was used to test the immune antibodies.The results showed that the overall antibody positive rate of these diseases of beef cows in Guyuan City from 2018 to2020 was more than 89%,and the antibody positive rate in each year reached the standard of immune antibody qualified rate ≥ 70%,required by the Ministry of Agriculture and rural areas.
