摘　　要：笔者以"课程思政"理念为指引,基于动物科学专业学生特点和社会对高素质畜牧业人才需求,根据动物营养与饲料学课程特点和培养目标,明确课程思政在本课程中的重要性,从教学目标、课程设计、思政元素挖掘和课程考核等方面进行探索和实践。Guided by the concept of “Curriculum Ideology and politics”,based on the characteristics of students majoring in animal science and the social demand for high-quality animal husbandry talents,according to the characteristics and training objectives of animal nutrition and feed science,the importance of curriculum ideology and politics in this course was clarified,and exploration and practice were carried out from the aspects of teaching objectives,curriculum design,ideological and political elements mining and curriculum assessment.
